    This company is one not to get involved with. They hijacked my line from BT even after I told them I was staying with BT. They then started to take money by DD from my account. I managed to call them to instruct them to let BT take my line back and cancelled the DD. They refused to coop with BT and still kept billing me. I cannot get an answer on their line on any option and their e-mail address is defunct. They are not affiliated with any company in order that you can complain so this has been ongoing since last Sept. At my wits end as nobody seems able to intervene to assist me.

    THIS COMPANY IS VERY VERY BAD NO REPLIES TO EMAILS OR PHONECALLS, OVERCHARGING ON BILLS WONT LET YOU OUT OF CONTRACT, THEY ADVERTISE REGULATER TO GET IN TOUCH WITH IF YOU WANT TO COMPLAIN BUT ARE NOT REGISTERED WITH ANY,
    PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY I HAVE TO AWARD 1 STAR BUT THEY DONT DESRVE THAT AT ALL MORE LIKE - 10
