  Placed an order through just eat, had order confirmed to be dilivered by 9.40pm Revived email update saying it was on its way at 9.30ish. By 10pm it still hasn't arrive but the app said it had been delivered. I called the chip shop only to be told that the order hadn't even been done "he hasn't printed it out so it's not even done" they told me I could get my money back through the app. I asked could they not just redo the order. " no we are now closed" so after already waiting nearly an hour and a half by now I still was no closer to getting my dinner. Really not impressed. Won't use again which is a shame as before it was taken over it was the best one I knew and had won a lot of awards.

  Always been a loyal customer to Apsley fish and chips. Tonight we ordered a LARGE kebab with salad and chilli sauce and a large portion of chips and 2 quater pounders.. we got a portion of chips literally swimming in grease dripping from the bag and boxes, a small kebab with no salad and no sauce with half a bitten chilli on the top of the salad. Also ordered 2 saveloys which were NOT included. When we rung to complain.. got a mouthful down the phone from the "manager" literally shouting down the phone and threatening to call the police. Unfortunately i will be avoiding and recommend not to order, if you do and arent happy.. i wouldnt recommend ringing them. They wont help!!
