  Van was delivered before contract was signed, sent 3 emails about free fuel that was promised but no reply, finance contract was sent to the wrong email and after 6 calls it finally got sorted, phoned me a week after van was delivered to see if I needed insurance!! They are very good at taking the order but then after it gets hard.

  I submitted an enquiry form detailing exactly what I would like only to receive a quote with the wrong yearly mileage. I then received a message to call someone back as they had called me and when I did they didn't know why I was calling. I was then transferred to my "Account Manager" which is amusing as I have never dealt with Vanarama before. Again I was asked "How can I help you". My reply, "You called me, don't you know why?" The account manager then wanted to start from the very beginning in selecting a car and all the relevant details. I said "no, I filled out an online form detailing exactly what I would like. All you need do is quote me for what I have asked." The account manager "So what do you want to do then?". My reply "You are supposed to be the salesman selling me something, what do you want to do?" At this point I lost my cool and hung up.
  
  The only thing that went smoothly about this experience was filling out the online form. As soon as people became involved it all went wrong.
  
  Vanarama, you need more training for your people or get better people!
