  They are racist against their own people I went with my wife who wanted to do Hair dye to this Nipa's Beauty in Hemel Hempstead . there was only one staff there who was doing a client's Nails. So we sat down and waited. I saw there were few printed leaflets on the chair with their prices. After 5 mins another Indian women walked in and said who is next. So I asked her about the hair dye for my wife. Guess what, she said they don't do that anymore and was directing us to another saloon. So I asked her why do they have it on the leaflet with prices. Same answer, we don't do that here anymore. I came to conclusion that this saloon is Racist and we in Hemel do not need such business practices and people should boycott this so called Nipa's Beauty in Hemel Hempstead.
