  Just moved to the area and front door needed urgent attention. I'd already replaced the lock but it didn't solve my problem. Gearbox had gone in handle mechanism.
  
  Called up and Chris answered. Polite, friendly and knowledgeable. Got a quote during the conversation and went ahead. He arrived same day and on time. Fixed the issue and even installed the lock I'd fitted myself and then removed as it was a better one at no extra cost.
